Job Profile
  • Drive the business growth and profitability by increasing the AMEX market share within top 200 merchants
  • Develop and maintain relationship with top merchants in the portfolio
  • Develop relationship management programs to penetrate & increase market share
  • Negotiate and introduce strategic tie ups for business development
  • Develop and manage ESP/ Zero Percent / ABS products
  • Maintain and enhance the operation’s effectiveness and provide necessary insights for improvements
  • Mentor, guide and assist staff to achieve set business goals and objectives

Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years out of which 4 years at Managerial level experience, with a minimum of part qualification in Banking (completion of at least 4 subjects at DBF level) or CIMA/CIM/ACCA/ACA (Completion of the 3rd stage – at least up to managerial level for CIMA students)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Merchant Management / Sales & Marketing preferably within the card industry is a must
