• Cardholders will receive a saving of up to 15% off the flight fare component for online bookings placed via crazyjets.com
• Cardholders are eligible for 6 & 12 months 0% installment plans withLKR 2,500 processing fee from bank end
• Only available for flights departing from Bandaranayke Airport (CMB)
• Promotional bookings purchased cannot be resold
• Promotional fares are not applicable for infants
• Bookings need to be made and confirmed at least 3 days prior to departure
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Prices are subject to availability and may vary without prior notice
• Prices are not guaranteed until payment has been made in full, tickets have been issued and received by the customer
• Bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• 15% off flight fare discount is not applicable for offline bookings, low-cost airline carriers and everyday low category.
• Any amendments or cancellations made following the issuance of a ticket may incur cancellation charges, penalties and a fare difference if applicable
• Visa, meals, baggage, seat allocation and bassinets are not included unless otherwise specified
• All travellers must have valid visas including transit visa; passports or re-entry permits as per the regulations of the immigration and other government authorities. Unless otherwise stated by the traveller at the time of booking it will be assumed that the traveller meets all requirements as stated above. Therefore, any penalties, fines or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the traveller’s sole responsibility
• Expenses/losses incurred after the issuance of tickets as a result of flight changes, cancellations, delays, luggage losses, natural disasters, supplier/airlines insolvency etc. is not covered by Crazy Jets. The passenger is responsible for obtaining travel insurance to cover such circumstances
• The terms and conditions established by a carrier in respect of its carriage “Conditions of carriage” and are filed as applicable tariff rules will apply. If there are multiple operating airlines/transport providers in one itinerary, you may refer to Conditions of carriage for all operating airlines/transport providers.
