Treasury Bond is a medium to long term debt instrument of 1 to 30 years issued by the Ministry of Finance / Public Debt Department (PDD) on behalf Government of Sri Lanka. Treasury Bond carries a semi-annual coupon (interest) and can be a premium or a discounted and receives the face value at maturity.
