Manager - Information Security (Data, Identity and Application Security)

Job Profile

• Manage and govern all data security aspects of the bank
• Provide leadership for the data security function to establish controls over data at rest, data in motion and data in use.
• Implement and manage a data centric security framework for the bank
• Manage Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) solutions and ensure false positives are reduced
• Define and manage an Identity and Access Management program for the bank
• Establishing policies and controls over Privilege Access Management
• Define and manage Data Classification and Rights Management program
• Establish an Application Security framework
• Implement industry best practices for user Authentication and Authorization
• Conduct security review and data exfiltration assessments
• Establish data security and IAM metrics and dashboards for management reporting

Special Skills

• Understanding of data security and identity and access management concepts and overall knowledge of Cyber security concepts
• Experience implementing, managing, and supporting Data Leakage Prevention platforms, Data Classification tools, CASB solutions, and Privilege Access Management solutions
• Willingness to pursue required professional certifications/qualifications
• Knowledge on DLP, PAM, SIEM, EDR/XDR, ZTE, SWG

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ out of which 2 years at Managerial level with experience in hands-on security solution implementations.
• Relevant IT Security certifications
• An IT related Degree from a recognized institution or relevant professional qualification from a recognized professional body
