Junior Executive - Leasing Sale - Kegalle / Kalmunai

Job Profile

• Handing the assigned personal lease portfolio and achieve set monthly target
• Provide a higher level of service and retain clients of the portfolio by maintaining a very good relationship with customer
• Provide necessary support to the management of the assigned leasing unit on smooth business operation
• Carry out credit evaluation in line with the bank Credit Policy
• Coordinate and build a positive relationship with the other stakeholders
• Maintain highest level of speed, accuracy and confidentiality
• Ensure all the regulatory and compliance requirements are met

Special Skills

• Good knowledge in leasing business operation model
• Meeting deadlines under demanding working conditions
• A higher level of communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• Good knowledge in computer literacy including MsOffice package
• Must be a good team player to coordinate all processes with relevant parties
• Prior exposure in sales will be advantageous

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a bank / Financial Institution / Service Industry in a similar operation

Or

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a bank / Financial Institution / Service Industry in a similar operation, with a part qualification in Banking/Finance (Completion of 4 subjects at CBF level) or CIMA/CIM (Completion of 1^st stage)
