Job Profile
  • Prepare and deliver data-based reports & dashboards timely for HR related projects and initiatives by effective use of analytical tools to support leadership with data driven decision making
  • Prepare and deliver data-based reports & dashboards timely for HR related projects and initiatives by effective use of analytical tools to support leadership with data driven decision making
  • Manage e-learning platforms & systems as the administrator and support all e-learning users with accessibility and function as a help desk and minimise support requirements
  • Administer L&D budgets and ensure timely processing of payments and financial activities including vendor agreements and contracts, timely reconciliation of budgets as per finance and compliance guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal & external trainers, institutes and training providers, functional heads, internal trainer faculty & subject experts to develop curriculums, content and programs, assessments and post evaluations on e-learning platforms
  • Support & contribute to learning culture journey through various initiatives including assisting and supporting training programs, career & succession management initiatives, talent engagement and special projects

Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with exposure to MIS & Analytics related area
  • Proficient in reporting database and dashboards using analytics is an added advantage
  • 1 -2 year experience in administration or coordination functions & Managing E learning tools
  • Completion of degree qualification OR Fully completed professional qualification certification in Human Resources / Training and Development / NLP and ICF is an added advantage

OR

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience with exposure to MIS and Analytics related area
  • Proficient in reporting database and dashboards using analytics is an added advantage
  • 1 -2 year experience in administration or coordination functions & Managing E learning tools
  • A part qualification in Banking (Completion of CBF) /CIMA/CIM/ACCA/ACA (completion of the 2nd stage) or completion of 2 years of a 3-year Degree Programme
  • Completion of degree qualification OR Fully completed professional qualification certification in Human Resources / Training and Development / NLP and ICF is an added advantage
