Job Profile
  • Overall supervision of the Private Banking proposition and manage, Lead, Direct and Motivate the staff of Private Banking Center and the Branch PB ARMs
  • Achieve overall business volumes and target profitability as per product mix through formulating strategy for the unit to achieve its Financial objectives
  • Ensure seamless service delivery by the PB ARMs in both PB Center and branches irrespective of the location including Branch Managers and monitor (MIS Reports) actual performance and drive PB ARMs towards their overall financial objectives
  • Conduct research, new product development and commercialization to meet required ROI and initiate proactive marketing strategies, advisory services to its customers, Regular customer visits by accompanying PB ARMs
  • Identify the customers who contribute towards high impairment cost and take remedial actions by instructing the home branch for collection efforts
  • To ensure that all operational manuals and policies are followed up by the staff and the necessary internal controls are implemented
  • To set high standards in Customer Service and to delight them by ensuring complaints are seldom and swift action taken to arrest the situation. Find root causes of the problems and take immediate corrective measures.
  • To build and maintain a progressive customer relationship, ensure high level of service standards are being maintained across the network and maintain very high scorings in Customer Surveys (NPS)
  • Leads Cross Sell Initiatives and focus on new segments to cross sell Private Banking proposition and drive synergy project
  • Provide MI and analytical support for reporting performance
  • Support the Business line to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop, motivate and lead the staff to achieve business objectives through regular reviewing of performance and counselling, coaching and directing on the corporate objectives.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 10 Years in Banking/Finance out of which 6 Years at Managerial Level with exposure to product development, relationship management, operations, sales and customer service
  • In depth understanding about complex wealth management products and retirement planning

  • 9 Years in Banking/Finance out of which 5 Years at Managerial Level with exposure to product development, relationship management, operations, sales and customer service
  • In depth understanding about complex wealth management products and retirement planning
  • A Degree or a Professional Qualification
