Manager - Cash Management

Job Profile
  • Manage and implement all complex Cash Management on-boarding.
  • Manage and drive on boarding team to achieve set customer acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Ensure business viability and profitability of the Transactional Banking business make NTB the primary bank of corporate and Commercial banking customers.
  • Assist to Implement IT systems/Processes required for CMS and CIB and API Banking.
  • Keep abreast of new developments in the digital arena for businesses and evolving client needs to ensure Nations Trust offer stays ahead of competition.


Special Skills and Attributes
  • Sound knowledge of payment products and services offered to corporate and SME customers.
  • Sound knowledge of Trade products and services offered to corporate and SME customers.
  • Strong communication skills in verbal, written and presentation, strong negotiation skills.
  • Project management skills and experience.


Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years out of which 2 years at Deputy Manager level experience in a Bank / Financial Institution / Service Industry, with a Degree or a full/ part qualification (at least up to Managerial level for CIMA students).
  • Previous experience in Corporate, Middle Market or SME Banking would be advantageous.
  • Experience in API testing, WebService (WS) using SOAPUI and POSTMAN would be an additional qualification.
