Job Profile
  • To manage the credit quality of existing Cards Portfolio By credit line adjustments for existing card-members both within guidelines established in the Credit Policy as well as those which fall outside the developed policy using quality judgmental decision & experience –Both Proactive & Reactive
  • Analyzing vintage performance of the portfolio and recommending area to improve underwriting policy and proactively action to exit high risk portfolios based on banks risk appetite and the market conditions
  • To drive portfolio profitability and owns business NII budget by developing logical modelling to ascertain Risk-Reward and best fit in optimizing profitability and future growth of the cads Portfolio
  • To devise parameters and processes to detect credit runs proactively and to take appropriate action and device plans to review Authorization rejects proactively to initiate profitable decisions
  • To monitor and ensure the business does not exceed the set Impairment and write off budgets and regular review of Transfer Pricing mechanism and provide recommendation
  • Lead Cross Sell Initiatives and focus on new segments to acquire new Credit Cards by Identifying growth segments across customer/product groups and drive synergy project
  • Provide MI and analytical support for reporting performance through data analytics support to portfolio operations team to execute approved programs and system development management
  • To support the Business line to improve efficiency and effectiveness by periodic review of processes and workflows with a view to improve efficiency and map the beginning-to-end process on all customer interventions and programs initiated by the business unit
  • To develop and motivate and lead the staff to achieve business objectives by regular reviewing of performance and counselling, coaching and directing on the corporate objectives and by ensuring staff are highly motivated and cultured to manage customer expectation through effective training and team building exercises

Experience & Qualifications
  • 10 Years in Banking/Finance out of which 6 Years at Managerial Level with special exposure to credit risk

Or

  • 9 Years in Banking/Finance out of which 5 Years at Managerial Level with special exposure to credit risk
  • A Degree or a Professional Qualification
