To facilitate you with an unparalleled and unprecedented customer service through Trade At Door Step (TADS). This service will provide you with a superior convenience by Nations Trust Bank bringing your Trade related documents to your door step.

We will call you on a daily basis to enquire if there is any requirement in respect of Trade transactions which is covered under TADS. Should there be a confirmation to this effect, you will be requested to fax related documents to the processing centre and our TADS team will visit you to fulfill the requirements.

TADS provides you with

Collection of Letter of credit applications and Amendment requests
Collection of OTT requests. (for imports only)
Endorsing of OTT invoice/AWL/OBL
Collection of Bank Guarantee application.
Issuance of Shipping Guarantees
Collection of Export documents
Handing over of original documents received on Imports (Collection and L/c Bills)
Handing over the previously processed documents such as Bank guarantees, L/c copies and related advises to respective clients
