| The challenge: |
|
• Market financial products to new clients. |
|
• Ensure continued focus towards achievement of overall targets. |
|
• Develop and grow the leasing client portfolio whilst extending superior customer service. |
|
• Assist in recoveries and ensure NPA provisions are kept at minimum levels. |
|
• Process credit appraisals. |

| The prerequisites: |
|
• 05 Credit passes at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination including Mathematics and English. |
|
• 02 passes at the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination excluding General English. |
|
• Full / part qualifications in Accountancy, Banking or Marketing will be an added advantage. |
|
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the financial services sector with exposure to leasing. |
|
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. |
