  • Identify staff training needs in line with business requirements & formulate annual training calendar
  • Develop and deliver training programs
  • Responsible for managing & development of the talent management programs of the Bank
  • and talent management programs and development of the bank
  • Conduct training audits while maintaining consistency
  • Ensure ROI on training and development is measured
  • Ensure all administrative functions are carried out accordingly

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8 years of working experience in a Bank/Financial Institution / Service industry with exposure to Training
  • Out of the total experience 4 years must at Assistant Manager /Manager Level
  • A Degree or a Full/Part Qualification in Banking / HR
  • A professional certificate on training, license to conduct special programs would be an added advantage

 

Job Profile

  • Facilitate the manpower budgeting process of the bank
  • Analyse attrition trends and introduce strategies to manage the vacancies created
  • Develop and implement an effective employee engagement plan
  • Be a partner to the business by managing HR Operations including compensation & benefits
  • Ensure timely execution of the performance management process
  • Responsible for maintaining updated Job descriptions, Organization structures and timely completion of job evaluations
  • Handle the disciplinary process of the bank

Experience & Qualifications

9 years of working experience in a Bank/Financial Institution / Service industry with hands on experience in Human Resources Management

Out of the total experience 5 years at managerial level

A Degree from a recognized University or a Professional Qualification in HR

Possessing a MBA from a recognized institution would be considered as an added advantage.

 

Special Skills

  • Conversant in Banking operations
  • Knowledge in KYC and Anti Money Laundering laws
  • An outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Sports / extracurricular activities would be given due recognition

Experience

  • A minimum 5 years of experience in branch banking

Qualifications

  • A part qualification in Banking / Marketing/ Finance/ Business Management from a recognized institution is given due recognition

Experience

  • Senior Branch Operations Assistants – a minimum 4 years of experience in branch banking
  • Banking Assistants – a minimum 2 years of experience in branch banking

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five credit passes at the GCE ‘O’ Level Examination including Mathematics and English
  • Minimum of two passes at the GCE ‘A’ Level Examination excluding General English
  • A part qualification in Banking / Marketing/ Finance/ Business Management from a recognized institution is given due recognition
